Overview

Astrologist.coach provides astrology, numerology, compatibility, timing, and AI-assisted reflective guidance. This policy explains what information the Android app processes, why it is used, and how you can remove it.

Information You Provide

Depending on the features you use, we may process your email address, display name, birth date, birth time, birth place, profile image, saved goals, relationship profiles, reading history, preferences, and messages submitted for AI guidance.

Birth and relationship details are used to calculate and personalize chart, numerology, timing, and compatibility results. AI prompts and relevant saved profile context are sent to our AI provider to generate a response.

Solana Wallet Connection

If you connect a compatible wallet through Solana Mobile Wallet Adapter, the app stores the selected public wallet address, account label, and authorization token locally on your device so it can show your connected identity. Astrologist.coach never asks for or stores your seed phrase or private key.

This release does not request transaction signatures, transfer assets, or submit payments. Disconnecting the wallet, wiping device data, or deleting your account clears the locally stored wallet connection from the app.

How Information Is Used

We use information to authenticate accounts, save and synchronize your profile, calculate requested readings, generate AI-assisted responses, provide support, maintain security, diagnose failures, and improve app reliability. We do not sell personal data.

Service Providers

The service may use Firebase for authentication and cloud storage, Google services for account records, Neo4j for user-specific knowledge relationships, OpenAI for AI-assisted guidance, and hosting or infrastructure providers needed to operate the service. These providers process data only to deliver their applicable services.

Retention, Security, and Deletion

Synced profile data is retained while your account remains active or as needed to provide the service. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no online system can be guaranteed completely secure.

You can delete your account from Settings in the app. Deletion removes account data we control, including the authentication record, saved profile records, uploaded profile images, and user-specific knowledge records. Limited security logs or backups may be retained when required for fraud prevention, legal compliance, or system recovery.
